About the Center

The International Center for Leadership Development – Egypt is a leading international training center that provides an integrated system of specialized training activities and programs across various fields of training, human development, and institutional development. The Center was established with the approval of the General Authority for Investment of the Arab Republic of Egypt and, since its inception, has been guided by a clear future-oriented vision with national and strategic dimensions.

The Center is driven by an ambitious vision aimed at enhancing human efficiency, building leadership capacities, and preparing and qualifying leaders across diverse fields, thereby supporting sustainable development pathways and strengthening institutional excellence. This is achieved through a carefully selected group of locally and internationally accredited training experts and consultants.

Throughout its journey, the Center has trained a large number of companies, institutions, authorities, organizations, and civil society associations, in addition to individuals, at both the local and international levels, achieving a tangible impact on performance development and leadership building.

The Center has also concluded several cooperation protocols and strategic partnerships with centers of expertise and specialized training institutions within the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Arab region, ensuring the integration of expertise, the application of best professional practices, and the success of the training system in accordance with recognized quality and accreditation standards.
